It shouldn't matter if both the home team and away team agree to it.
True..but that should be the only way. In the 03 playoffs, there wasn't any noise about playing any of the games at UVA Wise until the regional finals came about. Then JIB was playing TS and they (JIB)wanted the game moved to UVAW. There was a week long argument, and the game was played at JIBs field which, we had been told for a week was practically under water. Well, we played it at JIB, and the field wasn't bad at all...but, the region ruled then that in subsequent years, the home team would choose the site for all games. And I still think it's BS.
It suprised me last year when Clintwood wanted to postpone the game because of rain to Saturday, figured it would have been in their advantage.

The game will be played tonight per Coaches from JIB. This was @ about 12:15

03 was a farce. If that field was in bad shape, then it's a wonder they ever play a game on the field at Appy.
Gibson doesn't get hurt, I think TS either wins that game or only loses by a TD.
